Nora Rotella, Esq. — Founding Partner

screenshot noraNora Rotella is a founding partner of Rotella & Hernandez. Ms. Rotella specifically focuses her practice on matters of Civil Law—particularly family and matrimonial law, criminal law, foreclosure defense, contract disputes, landlord tenant matters, evictions, and real estate law.

Ms. Rotella graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in finance in 2007. In 2011, she graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law with her Juris Doctor degree. During her time at St. Thomas, Ms. Rotella became a member of the Cuban Bar Association.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Rotella worked as a closing agent for Security and Guaranty Title Company, examining closing documents, mortgages, notes, and conducting closings for residential and commercial properties. Following her graduation, Ms. Rotella became an associate attorney at a prominent South Florida law firm where she handled numerous cases in the previously mentioned practice areas. She has represented clients in family law, criminal law, foreclosure defense as well as various civil law matters throughout Florida.

Ms. Rotella is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is a native of South Florida and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
